The annual Troop 160 French Toast Breakfast will be Saturday, November 10th, 2018.  We are looking for business donations to help offset some of our costs.  If you know of a business that might be willing to donate the cost of a ham, please print the attached form to solicit their donation.

Taste of the Abingtons – 2018 – Clean-Up – Sept 30

Troop 160 Scouts:

Wanted – Den Chiefs 2018

This is your opportunity as a Boy Scout to mentor Cub Scouts.
Remember when you were a Cub and those Boy Scouts came to your meetings… to tell stories and teach skills. Now it’s your turn to be a good example, someone to look up to, someone to respect.
Cub Scout Pack 160 needs your help:
Speak with Mr. D’Elia, Ms .Meditto and Mr. Rich right away at the next Troop Meeting.

Wednesday, September 19th is the next Pack meeting. (3rd Wednesday of every month) and weekly Den meetings.

September 29-30 at Camp Lackawanna (Tunkhannock) is the Pack 160 campout with events we need Den Cheifs to help with (Rocket Station, Gaga Ball, Scout Skills, Building Rockets).

Troop 160 Parents Night & Registration 2018

Welcome back. We have a great year planned ahead. Your annual dues will be collected. Bring your parents to the CSUMC this Thursday September 13  @ 7:30 pm. We will recognize the Scouts who earned merit badges from Summer Camp, and those who earned a new Rank since our last award ceremony.
Return any Troop equipment (tents, merit badge books, etc.) so we can prepare for the Traveling Camporee in Williamsburg.
Class A Uniforms
Please bring your checkbook to pay your annual dues.
French Toast Tickets will be distributed at a later meeting.

While the cost of everything is going up, we decided to hold the registration fee at $100 – the same as last year. When you look at the great programs our Troop provides for a year of activities, you will see the value of our program for your young adult.

TASTE OF THE ABINGTONS 2018

Troop 160’s sponsoring organization, the Rotary Club of the Abingtons, is conducting their annual Taste of the Abingtons.

This year’s TASTE OF THE ABINGTONS will be held at the Ramada in Clarks Summit on Sunday, Sept. 30 from 5 to 8 PM. Leah Rudolph has tickets! They are still only $25 for an enjoyable evening of food and fun. Let her  know ASAP how many tickets you would like and she can get them too you. Proceeds benefit many community projects. Youth Protection Training 2018

Troop 160 Adults,
The new training is required for all adults by October 1st, 2018.
Even if you took another training this year, you must complete this new training before the end of September.
